Pet Sitting, Payment & Cancellation policy:

 

Pet Sitting:

Due to liability reasons and concerns about the pets' welfare, we require at least one visit per day. For that reason, we also don’t  share our pet sitting assignment with other people.

Please provide us with a set of working keys at the Meet & Greet. If you need us to come back, a fee of $17.- applies.

 

Payment:

Pre-payment of service is required at time of booking with new clients, or on first visit with established clients. We accept payments in cash or check.

 

Cancellation policy:

  • For cancellations with 0-72 Hours notice- Payment in full is charged, no refunds
  • For cancellations with 3-6 Days notice ---20% of Service total is charged, 80% refund*
  • For cancellations with 7 + Days notice--   Full refund* applies

 

Holiday policy & cancellation:

  • All reservations for Holidays must be paid in full at time of booking
  • For cancellations with 0-7 days notice -  payment in full is charged
  • For cancellations with 8-14 days notice -  50% refund*
  • For cancellations with 15 + days notice – Full refund* applies 

    Holiday policy is in effect for the week of: Easter, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,Christmas- and New Years Day.

*)  Refunds are credited toward future services only.

A Holiday surcharge fee of $10.- per visit applies for the following Holidays:

Easter Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

 

Early return home:

No refund in effect for your early return, because we cannot resell time that has been expressly held and reserved for you
