Balancing the chakras

Chakras are energy centers of the body, located along the spine with openings to the front and back. When any of those seven chakras is blocked, illness occurs.
When the Crown chakra (located on top of the head) is out of balance, depression and problems with the pineal gland are seen.

An imbalance of the Third Eye chakra (located between the eye brows) results in autonomic dysfunction, Pituitary gland imbalance and trouble with learning & memorizing.

Problems with the throat, lungs, ear, nose, neck and thyroid gland, are symptoms for an imbalanced Throat chakra.

The Heart chakra controls the respiratory organs, blood and circular system,
skin and thymus gland. When the Heart chakra is well balanced the individual
is loving & compassionate.

The Solar plexus chakra (located above the navel) controls the
digestive tract, liver, spleen, gallbladder and insulin gland.
Lack of stamina & self confidence is a sign of imbalance of this chakra.

Problems with the reproductive organs, kidneys or bladder
-
or being unable to cope with stress and enjoy life- are signs of
an imbalanced Navel chakra ((located below the navel).

The Base chakra (located at the bottom of the torso) creates
a balanced emotional life & positive personality. It controls the cells,
blood, muscles, bones, legs, spine and prostate gland.
